Healthcare Company in Durban has an opportunity for a Group Employee Training Coordinator who will be responsible for managing training interventions conducted within the Group as well as managing the Performance Management System and Employment Equity Initiatives for the Group. Duties includes: Managing all training programmes, managing learnerships & bursaries with HWSETA, assist and oversee the annual submission of the EE report/plans & WSP/ATR for all business units. Must have a Grade 12 and an Undergrad relevant Qualification, 3-5 years’ experience as a Training Coordinator managing training for an organization, advanced computer literacy including knowledge of MS Access and ability to travel nationally and internationally. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
